Course Description

During this course, students will engage in computer coding through the use of Makecode, an easy and accessible coding language that all students can access. Students will use this code to interact with their Premium Hummingbird Kit materials to learn the basic abilities of their kit by turning on lights, making things move, and creating sounds. Students will be able to see their code in action with their Hummingbird contents. The culmination of the course will end with students demonstrating their skills by designing, coding, and creating their very own robot.
