Course Description

Is there anything better than chips and salsa? Or chips and salsa on Cinco de Mayo? I don't think so! In this one hour class for 4th-8th grades, we will learn all about the history of Cinco de Mayo, why we celebrate it in the United States, and we'll also learn about Hispanic culture and traditions. Then comes the fun part - we will learn how to make a quick and easy blender salsa together for you and your family to enjoy!
