Course Description

100 Mile Club is the elite school-based program leading the effort in the prevention of childhood inactivity and obesity across the nation. Since 1993, 100 Mile Club has been changing the lives of kids, school districts, families and communities with their evidence-based program to motivate kids to run, jog, or walk 100 miles during the school year. Springs Version of 100 Mile Club for Homeschool: - Independently track your student's miles - Weekly check-in/support meetings will be held during Zoom - Report every Thursday by filling out the Google form - Miles will be tracked by the 100 Mile Coach once google forms are received - The following prizes will be shipped directly to your student upon completion of miles: 25 Miles - T-Shirt 50 Miles - Pencil 75 Miles - Wristband 100 Miles - Gold Medal NOTE: There is an additional cost of $20 on top of the H.E.L.L.O. membership (includes shipping of prize items) which your Education Specialist will process using available Instructional Funds.
